Problem:
Clear Cell Sarcoma (CCS) is an ultra-rare cancer with no standard treatment protocol. Sarcomas account for ~1% of all cancers, and CCS represents only ~1% of all sarcomas. Due to its rarity, many patients struggle to find specialists familiar with the disease.
Solution:
As part of the Clear Cell Sarcoma Foundation team, I designed and launched a community-driven database of CCS specialists to help patients and their families locate experienced providers.
Outcome:
The database is now part of the Clear Cell Sarcoma Foundation's website and serves as a central resource for the CCS community, reducing the time and effort patients spend searching for qualified care.

Problem:
Professionals looking to pivot into a new career face a fragmented landscape; no single resource offers resume guidance, job listings, mentorship, and internship opportunities in one place.
Solution:
I founded The Pivoter, a free digital resource hub that serves as a "one-stop shop" for career changers, featuring resume and cover letter samples, a curated job board, mentorship connections, and non-student internship opportunities.
Outcome:
The platform attracted 12,000+ visitors in its first month of launch.
This resource was deactivated in 2023.

Problem:
Educators and parents needed a quick, transparent way to compare the privacy practices of edtech products before recommending them to students. The Common Sense Privacy Program offered individual ratings, but no single view made it easy to see how products stacked up against one another.
Solution:
I designed and built a dashboard that provides a side-by-side comparison of privacy ratings across multiple edtech products, drawing on the Common Sense Privacy Program framework.
Outcome:
The dashboard gives educators, parents, and administrators a single reference point to evaluate and compare product privacy at a glance, supporting more informed purchasing and adoption decisions.

Problem:
Publicly available information on edtech companies' DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) status was scattered or non-existent. School districts, procurement teams, and partners evaluating edtech vendors had no single source to compare how different companies approached DEI.
Solution:
I designed and built a dashboard that aggregates and displays DEI status across multiple edtech companies in a side-by-side comparison view.
Outcome:
Stakeholders can now evaluate edtech vendors' DEI commitments at a glance, supporting more transparent and informed procurement and partnership decisions.
