Overview: As a Learning Experience Designer on the customer education team, I was tasked with developing a self-paced product training for both internal and external users.
Problem: While several versions of the training had been developed in the past, there was no data to confirm whether users were achieving the intended learning outcomes. Additionally, because multiple SMEs were involved in the process, there was no well-defined baseline platform knowledge that could be used as a reference.
Solution: While several versions of the training had been developed in the past, there was no data to confirm whether users were achieving the intended learning outcomes. Additionally, because multiple SMEs were involved in the process, there was no well-defined baseline platform knowledge that could be used as a reference.
Result: I completed the project 4 months ahead of schedule and established a baseline platform knowledge document, which has since been referred to as the "source of truth" for the education team.

Overview: As an Instructional Technology Coach, I supported 35+ middle school teachers through one-on-one technology coaching and group-based training sessions.
Problem: Due to the pandemic, there was a sudden shift from in-person to hybrid teaching and learning. Teachers had to quickly adapt to using Zoom to deliver online instruction to students learning from home. Through observations and coaching notes, I identified that teachers' technology skills ranged from beginner to advanced levels.
Solution: Given the limited number of in-person training sessions I could provide, I created a job aid with step-by-step directions for setting up and using Zoom.
Result: Within 6 months, teachers' digital skills improved by 50%.

Overview: As one of the Salesforce Administrators for a nonprofit organization, I was responsible for implementing the Nonprofit Success Pack and training internal team members on its use.
Problem: The nonprofit had multiple projects running simultaneously, and staff members from each project had different needs for using Salesforce. With limited training resources and time, coupled with varying levels of Salesforce familiarity, it was challenging to develop an implementation plan that accommodated all projects.
Solution: I created a website to serve as a Salesforce hub, allowing administrators to update or add resources asynchronously.
Result: This approach minimized the need for additional synchronous training, providing team members with a "one-stop shop" to access Salesforce-related resources at any time.

Overview: I created this course to enhance my proficiency with various e-learning tools.
Problem: While working as an Instructional Technology Coach at a middle school, I observed that many teachers struggled with using Google Classroom. Due to time constraints, teachers often didn’t receive adequate support to learn new technology.
Solution: I developed an e-learning course to provide teachers with the flexibility to complete the training at their convenience.
Result: The course received 5-star rating from learners who completed it.

Overview: I developed various microlearning modules to enhance my knowledge of different e-learning tools.
Problem: Research shows that our attention span has significantly decreased over the past 15 years. In 2000, it was 12 seconds; now, it has dropped to 8.25 seconds.
Solution: Microlearning has proven to be more effective than traditional, linear courses, as learners can engage with the material at their own pace and revisit resources as needed.
Result: Over 300+ learners have completed the 3 microlearning modules.

Overview: I created this video to enhance my knowledge of various e-learning tools.
Problem: Historically, most tutorials were presented in text format. Many companies and organizations struggled to keep up with the latest research, resulting in decreased motivation and engagement among learners.
Solution: Video training is a cost-effective method to provide learners with an authentic learning experience. Additionally, people tend to retain more information when visual cues accompany the content.
Result: This video has garnered 205 views and offers the audience a quick overview of my background.
