As the lead Pendo administrator and internal evangelist for an education technology organization, I conducted multiple A/B tests using in-app guides in an effort to boost product adoption and user retention. These tests were successful, resulting in a 10% increase in both areas. To ensure that the results were widely disseminated, I documented them and shared them with product managers, product designers, leadership, and cross-functional teams. By keeping these stakeholders informed, I was able to ensure that the benefits of these improvements were fully realized across the organization.
I created a Resource Center to help promote self-service adoption and launched Pendo Feedback to over 250 internal users. I also developed a product feedback policy to guide the organization in collecting and managing feedback from users. Overall, these efforts were aimed at improving the user experience and making it easier for users to get up and running with our products.

To increase adoption of our products, I implemented automation in the user onboarding process by creating four targeted product walkthroughs for two distinct user segments. These guides are available on-demand and are designed to help new hires get up to speed quickly and increase product knowledge for all internal users. By streamlining this process, I hope to make it easier for users to get started with our products and encourage greater adoption within the organization.
